HomeCare Options services are designed to accommodate the needs and/or choices of each individual client.

Services may be from one hour a day, up to 24 hours a day, and are available 7 days per week. Service type and duration is dependent on the funding souce and type of each client.

We have staff assigned to each area within the Perth metropolitan area, ensuring continuity of care for the client. An experienced member of our management team is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support you with your care or services you require.

Following an initial assessment, a personalised plan of care is developed reflecting individual needs and preferences.

Funded and subsidised services operated HomeCare Options include:

  • Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs)
  • Community Aged Care Packages (for persons from mediteranean type background)
  • Intensive Family Services (Disability Services Commission funded)
  • Veterans HomeCare
  • DVA Nursing Care
  • HACC Services brokered by various Local Government Shires
  • Interim Care Packages on behalf of some metropolitan hospitals
  • Insurance Commission approved services
