Through our experience in other areas of care, including Residential Aged Care, Home and Community Care (HACC) and
Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs), we are able to offer alternatives to compliment standard care options, having
consolidated knowledge in how these services operate.

In conjunction with doctors, health care professionals and you, a customised care plan incorporating one
or many services will be designed to meet your specific requirements. Ongoing monitoring and reviews by
appropriately qualified staff will then give you feedback and the flexibility to modify any aspect of care, at any given time.
Value for Money
Following a complimentary in-home assessment, your individual care plan will be designed with your budget
in mind. We offer assistance to identify eligibility for health insurance rebates and other funding opportunities.
We can also operate on a fee for service basis, offering flexibility to suit your resources.
We will tailor our rates for organisations and/or individuals purchasing a package of care.
