Astrid is recognised as a very experienced Health Services Manager, Director of Nursing and Health Care Services Director in Western Australia. Over a 16 year career in health care management and delivery, she has gained extensive experience in community services, residential care and the acute hospital setting. Examples include:-
Astrid is highly skilled in crisis management, accreditation coordination, project management, income and expenditure reviews, health service planning and executive selection. LYN PHIPPARD Lyn has extensive experience in effective nursing management, predominantly in regional Australia and the aged care industry. Lyn's team orientation and superior residential care management skills established her effectiveness in dealing with health care organisations experiencing significant challenge. Recent contracts completed included, management support for accreditation, system implementation and documentation for the Western Health Care Group and crisis management for organisations who were identified by the Department of Health & Ageing as experiencing significant concerns. Lyn has undertaken effective programs to maximise residential care services, financial efficiency, through the implementation of targeted Income Maximisation Programs. ROSE MARIE McNAMARA Rose Marie has 3 decades of extensive management experience in the health, residential and community care industry. Rose Marie has worked in a variety of aged care settings in; private, benevolent and government facilities both within Australia and the United Kingdom. Rose Marie has gained excellent skills in project management and human resource management through her various appointments in the health arena. She is an excellent communicator and a skilled negotiator and facilitator. Rose Marie had chosen the challenging arena of the health industry for her career and brings to this area a vast array of skills, abilities and enthusiasm.

CAROL CREVACORE Carol is a qualified, highly motivated, energetic and computer literate member of our Training & Development team. Carol's background studies in Nursing and Education have supported her innovative staff development style to effectively focus staff on the achievement of organisational objectives. Carol has led training initiatives for residential and community based organisations organisations from grass roots levels to achieve Best Practice care outcomes. Recent projects undertaken included; redevelopment of Clinical Procedure Manual, accreditation coordination for co-located residential care facilities and the establishment and co-ordination of comprehensive staff development programs. TANIA BEAMENT Tania is a experienced member of our Training & Development team. Tania's background studies in Nursing and Education have supported her delivery of client focused training and development programs within the tertiary and corporate health/aged care sector. Recent projects undertaken included; redevelopment of Clinical Procedure Manual, accreditation coordination for co-located residential care facilities and the establishment and co-ordination of comprehensive staff development programs. |
