Astrid's formal qualifications cover tertiary & graduate level studies in; public health, health promotion and education, management and nursing. Over a 16 year career in health care management and delivery, she has gained extensive experience in managing and developing staff as key organisational resources. CAROL CREVACORE- Training Facilitator Carol is a qualified, highly motivated, energetic and computer literate member of our Training & Development team. Carol's background studies in Nursing and Education have supported her innovative staff development style to effectively focus staff on the achievement of organisational objectives. Carol has led training initiatives for residential and community based organisations organisations from grass roots levels to achieve Best Practice care outcomes. Clients include; universities, service and health industry clients. TANIA BEAMENT- Training Facilitator Tania is a experienced member of our Training & Development team. Tania's background studies in Nursing and Education have supported her delivery of client focused training and development programs within the tertiary and corporate health/aged care sector. Tania's role includes training facilitation and training business development. |
